Z & H was established in Shanghai, 2011. It is an advanced enterprise which mainly focuses on research and development, manufacturing, refurbishment, sales and after-sale service of semiconductor chips equipment.

Z & H has taken scientific research as the No. 1 productive force and guided by the technology and innovation meanwhile focused on the field of semiconductor manufacturing since its establishment. Furthermore, the company has set up its research and development centre in 2019, started carrying out the research and development of the localized equipment for the major equipment before and after photolithography technique (gluing and development), it has made great efforts to break through the core technology which limited the development of the enterprise, as well as the industrial technical barriers, aiming to provide the clients with high-quality equipment which is ‘China wisely made’.
